    L&L Legacy Construction is seeking a dependable and skilled Carpenter/Finisher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing high-quality finish carpentry work, including detailed trim installation, bathroom and kitchen finishing, framing touch-ups, and other hands-on tasks on residential and light commercial projects. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform finish carpentry, including installing trim, molding, doors, cabinetry, and other detailed woodwork

    Assist with framing, drywall, and punch list items as needed

    Complete bathroom and kitchen finishing tasks (tile, fixtures, minor repairs)

    Read and interpret project blueprints or work orders

    Maintain a clean and organized worksite with attention to safety at all times

    Communicate with supervisors about project progress, delays, or material needs

    Deliver work that meets company standards for quality, efficiency, and professionalism

    Requirements:

    Previous experience in carpentry and/or finishing work

    Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and finishing materials

    Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

    Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

    Reliable transportation to travel to job sites

    Ability to work independently and follow instructions

    Must be punctual, dependable, and professional on-site

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in both residential and commercial projects

    Knowledge of basic drywall, painting, or tile setting techniques

    OSHA certification or safety training (preferred but not required)
