About the Role:

LIV SAVVY CONSTRUCTION LLC is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our growing team in New Bedford, MA. This is a hands-on opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship on exciting remodel construction projects while working alongside a dedicated and professional crew. If you take pride in quality work and love building things that last, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other building materials

Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, framing, and trim

Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential and/or commercial projects

Inspect and repair damaged frameworks, structures, or fixtures

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople on job sites

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar construction trade role home remodeing knowledge is plussss

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and building codes

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in the New Bedford, MA area

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks

Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and commitment to quality craftsmanship
