About the Role:

Join TRINITY GENERAL CONTRACTING LLC as a Carpenter/Leadman in Valdosta, GA, where your skills will lead our projects to success. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee carpentry tasks and mentor a team of skilled workers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise carpentry projects from start to finish

Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices

Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets

Inspect and assess work for quality and accuracy

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter, with leadership skills

Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
