We're currently hiring an experienced Carpenter for frame-to-finish condominium construction projects in Portsmouth, NH. If you take pride in quality workmanship and want steady work with a company that treats you right, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Duties

• Perform all phases of residential condo construction, from framing through finish carpentry
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinets, and interior finishes
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on site

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential carpentry, including framing and finish work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials and work in a physically demanding environment
• OSHA certification preferred (training available)
