We are hiring for Carpenters for ongoing commercial construction projects throughout the Boston and North Shore areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rough and finish carpentry, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential and commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other building materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Install drywall, molding, siding, and other finish materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience required
• Experience with both rough and finish carpentry preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and construction plans
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Boston and North Shore area
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
