We are looking for an experienced Carpenter/Tradesperson to join our team in Asheville, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience and possess strong skills in math, basic geometry, tape reading, and on-the-fly calculations. They should be proficient in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and building specifications to ensure projects are completed accurately. Our team values a commitment to top-notch quality, evident in meticulous planning and execution of tasks. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to manage and mentor any technical assistants working with them. Tasks will vary across project phases, starting from precise demolition or full demo to framing, and encompassing finished work in framing, drywall, tile work, and final trim out.
