Job Summary:

Make up to $200,000 per year as a two person carpentry team! InsideOUTSIDE Spaces is hiring Carpentry Teams with experience relevant to building creative decks, louvered pergolas, gable patio roofs and more. Our programs are unique and unmatched for the right individuals. We are growing and are looking for quality-minded individuals who possess a growth mentality, are highly skilled in all aspects of carpentry and will represent us well to customers.

Position: Carpentry Team Leader and members

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience relevant to building creative decks, louvered pergolas, gable patio roofs and more.

Experienced in following plans for building decks, patio covers and more.

Excellent time management

Craftsmanship mentality

Safety first mentality

Problem solver

Maintains a clean and organized build site: picking up trash, scrap and extra material throughout the day.

Ability to properly care for and use tools of the trade.

Thorough understanding of carpentry principles and methods.

Either own or have continued access to basic power tools

Ability to hook up, secure and drive truck and trailer

Other Important Components of the Position

· Punctuality – Arrives on-time to assigned build location.

· Excellent Communication skills

· Enjoy working outdoors.

· Has a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Willing to submit a background check and MVR check.

Education and Experience:

At least three years of experience on-the-job training required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.

Physically able to lift over 80 pounds.

Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.

Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.

Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
