We are seeking a talented Carpenter to join our team! In this role, you will construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard using the carpenter’s hand and power tools. Quality work delivered on time is a must, along with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Follow all safety rules and regulations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials needed

Construct wood structures including framing, joists, and rafters

Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware

Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals

Qualifications:

Previous carpentry experience - 5 years minimum

Previous leadership experience - 1 year minimum

Familiarity with blueprint diagrams

Knowledge of building regulations and codes

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Must have reliable transportation

Bilingual (optional but preferred)
