About the Role:

Finley Custom Design LLC is looking for talented Carpenters and Apprentice Carpenters to join their growing team in Kirkwood, MO! Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your craft, this is a fantastic opportunity to build beautiful, high-quality custom work alongside a skilled team that takes pride in every project.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials for custom builds

Install cabinetry, trim, molding, doors, and other finish carpentry elements

Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times

Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment

Apprentices will support journeyman carpenters and develop hands-on skills on the job

Requirements:

Experience in carpentry, finish work, or residential remodel work (apprentices welcome)

Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed project plans

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and working on-site

Valid driver's license
