Position Details

Role: Experienced Carpenter

Pay Rate

• $20–$25 per hour , based on experience
• Overtime is not currently offered

Housing & Transportation

• Housing available for approximately $600 per month / $150 per week , deducted from pay
• Transportation to job sites provided
• Employee is responsible for applicable fuel expenses
• Basic tools provided
• Work uniforms provided

Job Responsibilities

• Perform residential carpentry work from project start through completion
• Lead and coordinate carpenters and subcontractors when required
• Perform residential framing and general construction work
• Read and interpret architectural blueprints and construction plans
• Ensure work is completed accurately according to plans and specifications
• Help manage job-site organization, quality standards, and project timelines
• Communicate professionally with customers and project teams
• Coordinate with design and project-management teams
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of carpentry experience required
• Strong residential framing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Leadership and job-site coordination experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• English required
• Ability to perform physically demanding construction work
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Ability to work effectively with crews and subcontractors

Safety & Equipment

• Safety boots required and provided by the employee
• Safety glasses required and provided by the employee
• Company provides uniforms and basic tools
• Must follow all job-site safety procedures
