Job Description:

• Lead and manage a team of carpenters. 
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments/managers to develop daily and weekly schedules that meet targets while optimizing resources.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to respond to changing priorities or unexpected issues.
• Understanding of various construction equipment such as blueprints, saws, nail guns, ect. 

Shift:

• 1st shift (Monday - Friday)
