Carpentry/Installer Helpers assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

Assist with installing custom closets, cabinets, and shelving (we'll train you!).

Learn how to read basic blueprints or design drawings.

Use hand tools and power tools safely — training provided.

Help measure, cut, and fit parts with guidance from experienced team members.

Learn to mount and level systems on walls.

Work on-site at customer homes with a friendly, supportive team.

Requirements

Coachable and willing to take part in company-paid training and mentorship.

We are looking for individuals interested in becoming skilled carpenters (with a pay increase).

Customer-oriented, friendly, and punctual.
