Job Summary

Marshall Cleaning Service is seeking a motivated Carpet & Floor Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will travel to residential and commercial properties, operating professional carpet and floor cleaning equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll clean a variety of flooring surfaces, including carpet, tile, hardwood, stone, upholstery, and area rugs.

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering quality results, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Travel to residential and commercial locations to clean and maintain a variety of flooring surfaces and upholstery

Operate professional carpet and floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively

Clean carpet, tile, hardwood, stone, upholstery, and other specialty surfaces

Move furniture and customer belongings with care to access cleaning areas

Identify and treat stains and heavily soiled areas

Communicate professionally with customers and provide outstanding service

Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently

Maintain, clean, and organize equipment and vehicles

Restock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is prepared for daily operations

Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills

Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment as needed

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Previous carpet cleaning, floor care, janitorial, restoration, or related experience is a plus

IICRC certifications are preferred but not required
