Rapid Dry is seeking a Carpet & Floor Cleaning Technician who is motivated, professional, and customer-focused. Experience in carpet cleaning is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering outstanding results, and understands that every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust and grow our business.

What You'll Do

Clean and maintain carpet, upholstery, tile, stone, hardwood, and other flooring surfaces

Operate professional carpet and floor cleaning equipment

Evaluate customer needs and recommend additional services when appropriate

Provide an exceptional customer experience from arrival to job completion

Move and replace furniture carefully while protecting customer property

Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with customers and office staff

Keep company vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and professional

Identify opportunities to educate customers on services that can improve their home or business

Represent Rapid Dry with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude

What We're Looking For

Previous carpet cleaning, floor care, restoration, janitorial, or related experience preferred

Willingness to learn and be trained in professional cleaning techniques

Strong customer service and communication skills

Sales or upselling experience is highly valued

Ability to build rapport with customers and make service recommendations confidently

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Reliable, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct

Ability to solve problems and adapt to different job situations

Team-oriented while also capable of working independently

Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
