Job Summary: As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you’ll perform professional carpet and floor cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on position with clear paths for growth, training, and advancement. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service. After your initial training period, there is a strong opportunity to move into a Lead Technician role based on performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality carpet and floor cleaning services using professional equipment

Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and explain the cleaning process

Set up, monitor, and maintain cleaning equipment and tools

Complete digital work orders and maintain accurate documentation

Keep company vehicles clean, stocked, and organized

Support restoration jobs when needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Prior experience in carpet cleaning or floor care is preferred, but not required—training provided

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Basic math and computer skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
