We’re looking for technicians with a positive attitude who take pride in clean results, show up on time, and are ready to learn how to run jobs the right way. We’re a Tampa Bay commercial-focused cleaning and restoration company handling commercial carpet cleaning, in-plant area rug cleaning, emergency water extraction, and specialty cleaning services. No two days look the same. Most work is during the week, but jobs may be scheduled during the day, evening, or night, depending on the site and scope. Weekend work rotates as needed. On-call availability for flood and water jobs is required and paid extra. No experience is required — we’re willing to train the right person. Responsibilities: Cleaning & Restoration Technician We’re looking for technicians with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. No experience is required — we will train the right person on the job. This position starts as an Assistant Technician , where you’ll work alongside experienced techs and learn commercial cleaning and restoration services the right way. From there, we offer room to grow into Lead Technician and Pro Technician roles with IICRC certifications, higher commissions, and additional benefits as you advance. Growth path includes:Assistant Technician – starting position with on-the-job training, night & weekend commissions + tips • Lead Technician – typically 0–1 year, eligible for IICRC certifications and higher commission opportunities • Pro Technician – after 1+ year, with higher commission opportunities and 6% 401(k) match Job responsibilities include: • Assist with commercial carpet cleaning using truck-mount and portable systems • Learn additional services as trained, including tile and grout cleaning, VCT/LVT strip and wax, and natural stone honing and polishing • Assist with water losses, including extraction, equipment setup and monitoring, moisture checks, and light tear-out when needed • Walk job sites with clients, help set expectations, protect surrounding surfaces, and complete final quality control checks • Take before-and-after photos, collect customer signatures when required, and complete job notes in the company app • Keep the van, shop, and equipment clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next job • Follow company procedures and communicate professionally with clients and team members Qualifications: • No experience required — we will train the right person • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn • Reliable, punctual, and able to show up ready to work • Able to follow instructions, company procedures, and safety standards • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Able to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers • Must be able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and being on your feet for extended periods • Must have a Valid Florida driver’s license • Must be available for occasional evenings, nights, weekends, and paid on-call water loss jobs • Interest in growing into Lead Technician and Pro Technician roles is a plus Compensation: $19 - $25 hourly
