We are seeking a Rental Manager with excellent customer service skills, face-to-face and over the phone, strong attention to detail, and great organizational skills while being results-oriented.

This is a full-time position, non-exempt. The primary goal is to build strong relationships with our customers. We rent everything from tents to boom lifts and much more. Please have construction equipment experience and knowledge, including lawn and garden and hand power tools. Comfort with technology will help you.

Job Description of Rental Manager

Lead a team to execute rental sales and scheduling of all equipment repair, screen repair, etc

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Answer incoming phone calls and provide rental rates and quotes.

Check rentals in and out each day and maintain contract files and rental reservations.

Write rental contracts on a PC program.

Schedule pick-up and/or delivery of rental equipment and load/unload equipment.

Qualifications/Skills Of Rental Manager:

Top-notch organizational skills

Basic knowledge of party and event and rental equipment preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, working at team level,

Strong initiative to learn our technology

Strong professional customer service skills in dealing with different customers. Building strong relationships for the future

Must be flexible and can adapt to ever-changing priorities based on the operations at hand.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Clean Driving License is required

The Fun Part:

The focus is interactions with the public, face-to-face and by phone. There will be some exposure to gasoline, diesel fuel, propane, kerosene, and solvents. Plan on spending the day on your feet. At least one weekend day a week is required.
