Job Summary
As a Front Counter / Guest Services Team Member, you are the "Air Traffic Controller" of the building! Key Responsibilities & Duties
Guest Relations & Communication
Provide an enthusiastic, warm welcome to every guest walking through the doors.
Answer phone calls efficiently and professionally, answering questions regarding pricing, hours, attractions, and promotions appropriately.
Act as a first-line problem solver for guest issues, handling complaints with patience and grace, and effectively relaying larger concerns to the management team.
Attraction Management & Sales
Accurately ring up transactions, issue bowling lanes, activate game cards, and book golf simulator sessions.
Manage lane waitlists and assign rental shoes and bowling balls.
Monitor the arcade and redemption counter, assisting guests with prize selection, redeeming tickets, and stocking the redemption display to keep it looking full and appealing.
Facility Cleanliness & Maintenance (High Priority)
Maintain our high standards of cleanliness by constantly monitoring the facility.
Bus bowling lanes immediately after guests leave—clearing trash, wiping down tables, and sanitizing touchpoints.
Regularly vacuum carpets, sweep floors, and empty trash receptacles throughout the shift.
Ensure rental shoes and bowling balls are thoroughly sanitized and returned to their proper places.
Perform general building maintenance and cleaning tasks as assigned to ensure a safe, sparkling environment for everyone.
Availability, Hours, & Schedule Requirements
Weekends are a MUST: Friday through Sunday are our peak times, and weekend availability is strictly required for this position.
Weekday availability is a big plus!
Our Hours of Operation: We open at 12:00 PM every day. We close Sunday through Thursday at 11:00 PM, and Friday through Saturday at 1:00 AM. Shifts will include closing late-night hours.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
Must be outgoing, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities under pressure.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Physical Stamina: This position requires long hours on your feet, walking, bending, lifting, and continuous movement around a large facility.
Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
