We are a rapidly growing personal injury law firm seeking a full-time Paralegal with at least 3 years of pre-litigation PI experience. This position will include managing cases through treatment until they are ready for demand, writing the detailed demand letter itself, and negotiating for a settlement. Responsibilities: • Organize and manage client files from intake to settlement • Assist with tracking medical providers and ordering records and bills • Review medical records and bills, and verify all records have been obtained • Update adjusters and clients regarding case status, and handle some new client intake calls • Draft personal injury demand letters Qualifications: • Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills • At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting • Strong oral and written communication skills • ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • 3 years or more of Personal Injury experience • Ability to learn, grow, and be part of a team committed to doing a great job • Knowledge of Needles case management software is not required but is a plus • Experience writing personalized demand letters is not required but is a plus • Negotiation experience is not required, but is a plus! Compensation: $60,000+ yearly negotiable DOE
