Job Purpose
Develop and maintain financial models (long term model, M&A integration model) to provide business and financial analysis to support company initiatives and act as financial advisor to Finance Management and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Long Term Financial Model (LTFM)
- Develop and maintain model, work with various business units and functions to gather inputs, generate sensitivity analysis, and create reports and presentations
- Model various corporate strategic initiatives and layer on to the LTFM
- M&A – For future acquired companies
- Work closely with Corp Dev to participate in due diligence
- Develop financial model for integration and connect model to LTFM
- Work closely with Corp Dev and other business functions to develop and maintain model
- Interact with business functions of acquired companies to track performance
- Assist with monthly forecasting of Bookings and P/L for acquired company
- Develop annual budget for acquired company
- Prepare various presentations and financial reports to investors
- Ad hoc analyses
- Assist with various aspects of the company-wide annual budget process
- Create financial models and what-if scenarios to generate insights on various strategic matters
- Present meaningful, impactful, and timely business and financial analysis to guide Finance Management and business functions to improve operating and financial performance
- Work on special projects

Qualifications
- BA in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
- Hybrid role - On-Site every Tuesday in Irvine, CA
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Finance and financial modeling
- Software industry and experience with SaaS business model is required
- Prior experience in FP&A, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning is a plus
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills
- Strong Excel background
- Systems background, preferably in Salesforce and NetSuite
- Strong EQ; ability to work effectively with other members and in cross-functional teams
- Detail orientated with the ability to see the big picture and work with little supervision

The base salary range for this role, across the US is $166,503 - $199,804. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
