Responsibilities: Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate law Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage’s standards Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents Manage all aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all real estate transactions the agents are involved in Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team Qualifications: Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerag The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license Superb customer service and communication skills Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent • Must have active CA Real Estate Broker License Compensation: $70,000 including bonus
