    As a General Counsel at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty (YHSGR) - California, you work on day-to-day office contracts and real estate matters that require proactive legal guidance. You lead our operation team to run a real estate brokerage.  You are energetic and collaborative -- ready to partner in initiatives that influence all aspects of YHSGR business and work with employees and agents across the company.  Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements to support our business operations, including lease amendments, extensions, estoppel certificates, and any legal correspondence.  • Advise and assist with matters related to legal and compliance.  • Interpret contract terms and identify associated risks to relevant business stakeholders • Contribute to advising various business teams and partners on legal issues and business strategy  • Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes, with an emphasis on efficiency and scalability • Assist in managing outside legal counsel on real estate transactions Qualifications: • Strong academic credentials, including a JD and membership in good standing in at least one state bar (CA bar a plus) • Background in letter drafting and negotiation (experience with real estate contracts a plus)  • Confident operating in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and superior organizational skills • A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure, work independently, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and effectively manage deliverables with time-sensitive deadlines • A team player with low ego who can effectively work with other attorneys and legal professionals • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to clearly and simply explain complex ideas Compensation: $75,000
