We are searching for the best candidate to handle an abundance of Golf Cart sales opportunities and to direct consumers to our showroom. To be considered, you must have a background in the Golf Cart, Automotive, RV, Boat, or Powersports industry. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate would be a natural salesperson, must have at least 3 years of sales experience in these industries, and can follow certain sales processes and steps to achieve goals. • This candidate must have a pleasant demeanor, strong analytical and leadership skills, common sense, good communication skills, be honest, conscientious, naturally friendly, and likable, and enjoy working with all types of people. • You must be professional, have integrity, be a self-starter, be extremely organized, detail-oriented, be a problem solver, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. • Our most successful sales associates stay positive while keeping calm under pressure, and all of our best salesmen are motivated for success and to maximize their commissions. • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite and Internet are necessary. Candidates will be measured on their experience, their ability to close deals, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Consistent follow-up and follow-through is an absolute requirement of this position and an integral part of this position requiring the candidate to be enthusiastic about Customer Service, conflict resolution, solving problems, and growing sales. On Communication • Candidates need to be able to handle multiple projects at one time, with ease and accuracy, and be able to communicate with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. • In addition to being positive, courteous, professional, and friendly, being extremely competitive and willing to “Make it happen” for our customers is necessary to remain on our team. Compensation: $15.50 hourly + commission
