    Overview of the Position Cart Mart, a 60+-year-old, award-winning Golf & Commercial Vehicle Distributor, is searching for an experienced Parts & Service Specialist to represent the Company in their San Marcos, CA facility in taking calls from customers on parts and service matters, assisting walk-in parts, service, and sales customers, writing estimates, scheduling service repair orders, and customer service. This candidate plays a key role within our organization, as they are directly interacting with our customers, suppliers, and partners on a daily basis to solve their parts and service needs. This candidate may also have to at times help with replacing parts in golf carts. Ability to earn a monthly commission. Responsibilities: • This candidate must be a team player, honest, conscientious, naturally friendly, professional, have integrity, be a self-starter, extremely organized, detail-oriented, possess a positive “can do” attitude, have strong communication skills, be highly computer literate, and experienced in all aspects of coordinating service and customer service. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, as well to meet deadlines with accuracy Qualifications: • While experience in the Golf Car, Automotive, RV, or Powersports industry is a plus, the ideal candidate might have also worked as a dispatcher in the plumbing, electrical, or appliance industry. They must be able to work well under pressure and be able to multi-task. Minor mechanic experience such as replacing batteries, checking tire pressure, checking over golf carts, etc. is a plus • Consistent communication, follow-up, and follow-through are absolute requirements of this position and an integral part of this position requiring the candidate to be passionate about Customer Service, conflict resolution, solving problems, and growing sales Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
