PO ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST / DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST

For over 40 years, Carter and Clark is the largest nationwide surveying company providing builder services surveying to production home builders.  We help builders build houses faster and more profitably. 

We have an immediate opening for an PO Accounting Specialist / DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST.  NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.  We will fully train!  This position is a  full-time position.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Accurate Data entry 
• PO application into order entry system 
• PO research and familiarity with different client portals
• Professional email communication with internal and external clients

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong data entry, typing and computer skills including MS office programs
• Data entry speed balanced with accuracy a must
• Accounting experience or similar duties in related field
• Ability to learn quickly and deliver on deadlines 
• Ability to sit and focus for long periods of time
• Ability to work independently with confidence
• Drive to produce top-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Remote or office workspace flexibility  
• No degree necessary

This is a full time hourly position with a standard work week schedule (Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) for $13/ hour ($27,000.00+).
