    The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative and general marketing support to marketing department.

    Supports the development and execution of marketing plans.

    Assists with planning and implementation of marketing programs.

    Supports execution of all activities related to marketing communications.

    Prepares and analyzes sales reports

    Monitors budgets on assigned products/services; prepares reports as needed.

    Monitors volumes, revenue and profit plans on assigned products/services; prepares reports as needed.

    Supports development and execution of new products and product improvement.

    Coordinates creation and production of packaging and/or collateral materials to support selling efforts of specified products/services.

    Creates templates for presentation; revises templates as needed.

    Researches and monitors competitive environment and provides input and analysis.

    Serves as key liaison between department and internal and external partners.

    Supports the development and execution of advertising and/or opportunities to maximize business potential.

    Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to correspondence, filing, photocopying, emailing.

    Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

    JOB KNOWLEDGE: Two to four years related experience. Photoshop and Adobe InDesign experience. Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    SKILLS AND APTITUDES: Detail oriented. Organized and efficient. Learns quickly. Safety-minded. High quality standards for production and service. Courteous and friendly manner. Good team player. Customer service focus. Able to work productively with little supervision. Trustworthy and reliable. Able to work varied schedules including weekends and Holidays.
