    The Spa at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a Female Locker Room Attendant to deliver excellent guest experience.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.

    Assigning lockers to guest

    Escorting guests to tranquility lounge

    Give guest tours of Spa facility

    Removing linen from locker room

    Delivering food & beverage to guest

    Maintaining a clean and organized guest facility

    Checking and documenting of temperature for Jacuzzi

    Maintain a clean and organized fitness center

    Meeting, greeting, and responding to all guests in a professional, courteous, and tranquil manner.

    Participates in opening/closing duties as outlined in spa procedures manual

    Aware of all current spa promotions and discounts

    Meets and greets all guests; determines their needs and directs them to appropriate employee/locations

    Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

    Takes PRIDE in everything we do.
