    Carter Hospitality Group is seeking a Wine Club Admin Assistant. This position will be supporting South Coast Winery Resort & Club, Carter Estate Winery & Resort and Carter Creek Winery & Resort.

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an a strong administrative assistant, will be able to multitask, and meet deadlines.

    Some other essential duties include:

    · Assists in the developing and production of wine club mailings and newsletters.

    · Assists with membership retention efforts.

    · Manages and maintains wine club database.

    · Assists with tasting room/hospitality responsibilities as needed including but not limited to greeting visitors and pouring wines for tastings.

    · Provides general tourist information, conducts tours and handles routine purchasing transactions.

    · Performs other duties as assigned by manager
