The GrapeSeed Spa at South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join our wonderful team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality field. Must be able to work weekends.ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

Responsible for day to day operation on spa desk, including locker room.

Ensure a five star guest experience at spa.

Complete training for all spa advisors and locker room attendants.

Provide clear communication to team regarding new services, promotions, and rules.

Ensure all spa furniture and equipment is in working.

Coach and council staff as needed.

Daily maintenance walks to ensure all areas are safe and presentable to guests.

Maintain weekly schedule of staff to ensure ample staffing levels.

Oversee group bookings, providing the highest level of guest service and accommodating group expectations.

Liaison to spa club members.

Assist with monthly inventories.

Assist in other areas of the spa when needed.

Act as Spa MOD as needed.
