  • Responsibilities

    The Marketing Manager will plan, direct, and oversee marketing department activities and operation for three winery resorts.

    Directs the development and execution of comprehensive, measurable strategic marketing plans to meet goals and objectives of the company.

    Oversees the development and maintenance of marketing budgets; prepares reports as needed.

    Develops and implements aggressive and creative marketing campaigns, promotional programs.

    Directs, coordinates and supervises the development, designs, and production of promotional and collateral materials.

    Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities.

    Oversees development of plans, programs, and promotions to improve market penetration and meet corporate objectives.

    Directs the coordination, management, and communication of market research and competitive analysis.

    Develops, maintains, and manages consistent corporate image throughout all marketing and promotional materials and product lines.

    Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops marketing staff; manages schedules and workflow.

    Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.

    Provides day-today guidance and oversight of subordinates actively works to promote and recognize performance.

    Monitors overall activities of the media department; identifies problem areas and directs corrective actions.

    Prepares accurate and timely reports as required.

    Assigns duties and monitors quality of work; assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and safety regulations.

    Performs other duties as assigned by manager

    JOB KNOWLEDGE: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent. Four to six years of related experience or equivalent Excellent written and oral communication Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.

    SKILLS AND APTITUDES: Detail oriented. Organized and efficient. Learns quickly. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
