  • Responsibilities

    The Tasting Room is looking for an experience Cashier with great customer service experience.

    Duties include:

    Welcome guests, provide assistance and answer any questions

    Effectively and accurately manage customer transactions, both cash and credit card payments

    Answer the department phone and check voicemail throughout the day and respond as needed

    Maintain a clean work area

    Provide assistance with inventory as needed

    Performs other duties as assigned by manager

    Prior experience in a fast paced, customer service/hospitality industry is preferred. Cash Handling experience. Knowledge of point of sales systems. Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills required. Must have a personable, friendly and enthusiastic personality. Must show versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
