Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and execute a sales strategy that targets prospective customers in your assigned territory. Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy and manage the coaching and training of all sales staff. Lead or assist with annual planning and oversee strategic analysis and planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, with a focus on delivering excellent service and addressing their needs and concerns. Master our products and services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers. Hit personal sales targets and work towards achieving company objectives and goals. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train ambitious individuals who are motivated to succeed. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Motivated, results-oriented, and flexible. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Base office standard of 62k with uncapped commission potential and significant bonuses based on sales performance. We reward hard work and results with uncapped bonuses, which can significantly increase your earnings.
