Counsel and support all incoming students as they adapt to the University environment. Supervise professional staff and student employees and manage residence hall facilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the overall supervision, training, evaluating and discharging of student and staff personnel in the dorm.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and attending:
Responsible to supervise nightly room check activities.
Develop residence hall guidelines that will coordinate with University policy.
Provide counseling to resident students and refer students to professional services as needed.
Keep organized records in areas such as:
Set procedures for making room assignments, assisting with roommate disputes and maintain appropriate paperwork
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent and 10 years related experience. Typical experience ranging from 10 ‑ 15 years.
