CWI IS HIRING: CARTRIDGE WAREHOUSE INTERNATIONAL IS A DISTRIBUTOR OF TONER AND INK SUPPLIES. WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE A CUSTOMER SERVES REPRESENTATIVE.

WE ARE LOCATED IN BETWEEN CANOGA PARK AND STRATHERN NEXT TO THE ORANGE BUS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Being able to handle an average of 80-100 customer interactions per shift
• Handling customer inquiries by providing product and service information
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Providing timely, attentive, upbeat service to a customer, and making sure their needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the company or business
• Improving your customer's experience via email support, live chat, social media, or other convenient avenues

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (ink and toner a plus)
• Ability to communicate and build a relationship with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understand and enter data swiftly and accurately
• Warm personality
• Must be Tech Savvy
• Excellent work ethics, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Basic Mathematical skills
