    Cartronics is currently seeking experienced Car Audio / Mobile Electronics Technicians. If you are not experienced, no biggie, we also provide on-the-job training. We offer guaranteed pay during your training time, so you can develop while gaining an understanding of how Cartronics is successful and a great place to work! We are open 5 days a week from 8 am- 5 pm because we understand that in order for employees to enjoy life and have a positive attitude, time outside of work to have fun with family and friends is important. Our ideal candidate would have experience working in an automotive service shop, but also be hungry and eager to start a new and exciting career in the 12V Industry. A 12V installer is one of the most versatile technicians in the automotive industry. At Cartronics, we work on a huge variety of different vehicles. From lifted trucks to classic cars, exotic sports cars, motorcycles, boats, UTVs, and more, it all rolls through our shops. Responsibilities: • Taking vehicles apart and putting them back together again • Safely and efficiently install car audio and electronics equipment, including speakers, amplifiers, stereos, subwoofers, and more • Perform custom installations, wiring, and integration with existing vehicle systems • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the installation process • Ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and workshop area • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide a seamless customer experience • Assist in inventory management and ensure that necessary installation materials and equipment are available Qualifications: • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills • Reliable transportation to and from work, with the possibility of performing jobs off-site • Owning/purchasing necessary tools for this trade • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles • Basic Computer skills • Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary • Learn about our core product categories and the principles behind them by completing at least the "beginner-level" Mobile Electronics Certified • Professional (MECP) certification program that we will pay for Compensation: $49,000 - $80,000 yearly
