Online/In-person Community Moderator

Our Boston based client is adding to staff a Strategic Moderator. You must have outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, be a critical thinker and problem solver.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Establish and nurture consultative relationships with existing clients, vendors, moderators, peers, senior staff, and other teams
• Demonstrates confidence in client interactions and communications
• Write, moderating interviews, analysis and reporting
• Lead analysis of results and develop customized deliverables
• Oversee creation of the screener and recruiting management
• Partner in the proposal development process (e.g., schedule, pricing, methodology)
• Work with other project team members and external resources
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism or other
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in qualitative market research
• Minimum of 3 years of experience independently managing moderating duties
• Be RIVA trained or willing to participate within first 6 months on the job
• Have demonstrated skills in in-person, telephone, online moderating with individuals and groups
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to synthesize findings
• Strong at establishing and managing relationships with clients, vendors and coworkers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with limited supervision
• Is detail-oriented and can work on multiple projects at a time
