    Integral to the healthcare team, the highly experienced consultants expertly lead clients to identify new opportunities, minimize risk, gain competitive advantage and improve profitability by delivering bespoke solutions to their clients around the world. The approach typically leverages a hybrid of proprietary databases, in-house secondary and primary market research, analytical horsepower, and consulting expertise.

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    As a Managing Consultant on the healthcare team, you will draw heavily upon your analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills. This challenging role requires you to assume complete ownership of significant engagements, while at the same time being a part of and leading a close-knit team that is client focused and impact oriented. Some of the duties are:

    • Work across and successfully lead multiple engagements simultaneously
    • Help develop and mentor staff during engagements, as well as independent of client work
    • Coordinate aspects of internal operations including budgeting and staffing.
    • Contribute to on-going business development through proposal generation, pursuit of new leads, and strengthening existing client relationships
    • Some travel is required; however, it is typically short-duration during discrete steps of client-specific engagements, or part-week attendance at conferences

     

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS and MUST HAVES:

     

    • MBA, Ph.D., or relevant Master's Degree
    • Minimum 4 years healthcare consulting experience is required, ideally in roles that span across engagements in discovery/preclinical AND new product/commercialization
    • Fluent in U.S. and European healthcare system
    • Experience with and networked into pharmaceutical research resources
    • Market analysis in context of life sciences business needs
    • Sophisticated approaches to analysis of quantitative data
    • Experience in market access, real-world evidence, and/or commercial strategy is highly preferred
    • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
    • Demonstrated project management skills
    • Creative, strategic approach to problem resolution
    • Highly proficient in MS Office programs (Excel and PowerPoint) required
