    CarynHealth is an exciting, fast growing, multi-disciplinary, software and management services firm; providing advanced technology solutions, comprehensive managed services, process outsourcing, and operations management for health plan payers, employers, and others who offer, or wish to offer, health plans and programs to consumers.

    We are seeking experienced salespeople to be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and promoting a variety of different health care sharing products and services to the consumer market.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Consultative and professional with a positive outlook. Act with urgency and in the best interest of the prospect or member.
    • Demonstrate excellence, integrity, service, quality, initiative, reliability, and accountability.
    • Learn the competitive landscape to educate the consumer market on feature-rich sharing programs.
    • Promote health-sharing through honest and effective communication.
    • Meet KPIs (ie) lead generation, out-bound calls, talk-time, members added & retained, consultations, & member satisfaction.
    • CRM responsibilities: keep info accurate & updated, timely data & note entry, monitor, track, & report new opportunities.
    • Forecast new enrollments and retention accurately.
    • Identify prospect needs and long-term goals to promote and align features of sharing program.
    • Ensure prompt & smooth experience for new members joining. Provide service to members' changing needs.
    • Appropriately handle or escalate member concerns.
    • Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Advise team regarding member feedback, assigned projects & tasks, and operations.
    • Suggest process, operational, and customer service improvements.
    • Establish productive working relationships with members, internal leaders, teammates, and colleagues.
    • Ensure adherence to / understanding of programs and schedules. Suggest solutions to program challenges.
    • Collaborate with internal departments; leverage available technology and knowledge to meet company and member needs.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM preferred. SalesForce experience a bonus.
    • General knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
    • Thorough knowledge of health insurance industry not required but considered a bonus.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of consumer, B to C sales, or sales theory / experience not required but a bonus.
