About the Role:

This is a mobile service technician job with a company vehicle provided Join Casa Ford of Las Cruces as a Mobile Service Technician, where you'll provide exceptional automotive service directly to our valued customers. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering quality repairs and maintenance in a convenient, customer-focused manner! Future advancement opportunities to Main Shop technician, grow your role with OEM online classes and training. Pay will be based on experience. Pay will also increase with manufacturer specific group training such as ( HVAC, Suspension, Drivability).

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, air and cabin filter changes.

Conduct visual multipoint inspection and video multipoint inspection.

Perform manufacturer service recalls.

Travel to customers location to perform services (usually 20-30 mile radius) from dealership.

Utilize advanced tools and technology to ensure high-quality service.

Maintain accurate records of all services performed and customer interactions.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Downtime, help main service shop MLR technicians.

Maintain clean and orderly appearance to Casa service vehicles.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of automotive service experience.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Willingness to adapt to a mobile work environment and flexible hours.
