    ROLE

     

    Reporting to Global Communications & Content Manager, the Global Communications & Content Specialist assist with the execution of communication and content strategies, in line with the Global Marketing Plan. They will support the Marketing Team and other internal stakeholders with both regional and global projects such as product marketing, communications plans, and company brand, ensuring the integrity of the brand throughout all activities and communications.

     

    Working within the Global Marketing Team, they will ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the overall strategic objectives and implement and monitor the success of internal and external campaigns, targeted at generating leads across the business. On-going content generation will also form a large part of this role, as well as other marketing support.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  
    • Work with the Marketing Team and key stakeholders to support the implementation of the global marketing and communications strategies;
    • Assist with the launch of new products by working with the Marketing Team, internal and external partners, while meeting key objectives and ensuring the company brand is accurately represented;
    • Work alongside the Digital Marketing Team to develop and create social media campaigns to increase audience interest in the company’s social media channels;
    • With the support of the Global Content & Communications Manager, ideate and create strong content, helping to attract and nurture customers and prospects through both offline and online channels;
    • Execute communications plans that support new product launches, initiatives, events and other projects; 
    • Maintain an ongoing content calendar to support marketing programs and material initiatives (digital marketing, social media, blog, collateral, et al) through collaboration with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders;
    • Execute value-added and impactful marketing and communication material and programs including sell-sheets, brochures, social media content, blog posts, articles, email nurture customers and prospects through both offline and online channels;
    • Ensure that all marketing and communication materials are consistent, accurate and that they comply with corporate branding and messaging guidelines, legal, and compliance; 
    • Assist with the creation of multiple content marketing resources each month to drive traffic, generate leads or achieve other business objectives;
    • Collaborate effectively with product owners and internal stakeholders to generate content concepts and convert into impactful public facing collateral.

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • 3-5 years’ Marketing experience within a B2B environment – preferably in Financial Services;
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or Communications or relevant field;
    • The ability to grasp complex aspects of financial products and services and portray them in a clear and straightforward manner;
    • Strong background and proven hands-on experience creating and managing content for various channels and mediums;
    • Website/product copy knowledge and an understanding of SEO requirements;
    • Good understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy and best practice;
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
    • Proven ability to influence and persuade effectively - to think creatively to deliver solutions that work for stakeholders and the brand;
    • Organized and able to deal with multiple projects;
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office programs

    • Comprehensive knowledge of institutional policies, procedures and organization structure.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and proficient in use of various PC office based applications to include work processing and spreadsheets
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong composition and editing skills
    • Good organization and time management skills
    • Demonstrated interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contracts
