As a Vice President of Marketing at Casa Systems, Inc. you will be:
Your leading attribute should be communication. The ability to take complicated, technical subject matter and distill the core “essence” in a concise, easy-to-understand message should be in your DNA. Comfortable speaking one-on-one with a senior executive at a Tier 1 Telecommunications operator, through to on-stage at leading international trade events, your content delivery needs to be informed, genuine, and enable trust.
You will position the entire Casa product range, craft the messaging, and own the marketing strategy around “why” the Casa product is the best. You'll conceive and develop innovative sales & marketing programs that drive demand to directly impact our customer sales growth. A solid understanding of the products within your portfolio is crucial, as is your ability to explain what the solutions do and why they are the best – all in easy-to-understand terms. These are highly technical products, so an engineering or technical background is going to place you well. You will have an attention to detail, an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits that can be easily understood.
10+ years’ related experience with an industry-leading marketing background and strong record in B2B marketing strategies
Due to the complex nature of our product lines, telecommunications industry and product portfolio expertise required in a minimum of 4 of the following areas_:_
5G
Hyperscale / cloud native computing
Open RAN / O-RAN Alliance
Disaggregated radio access network
Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
Cable (HFC) DOCSIS
Fixed line / mobile convergence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to craft compelling value propositions is key
Excellent leadership and people skills to interact with customers, analysts, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners
You will be working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the key messages for the company
An international mind-set. Casa products are sold world-wide; this role is based in USA but has an international focus (includes EU, APAC, LATAM regions)
