    JOIN OUR TEAM! We’re looking for SALES COORDINATORS to work out of our luxurious Brentwood Showroom This full-time position will provide outstanding customer service to clients, and candidates must have a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence.     RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Manage general inquiries & walk-in clientele
    • Directing incoming phone calls and emails to intended departments
    • Responding to incoming sales inquiries for event rental orders (local, out of state, out of country)
    • Creating quotes and invoices; maintaining processes re: due dates/deadlines in Rental Management Software and internal calendar
    • Showcasing of & coordinating sample rental inventory (at in-person showroom meetings/will call mock up orders/shipped sample orders)
    • Maintain showroom displays, inventory, general upkeep/cleaning, and supplies for the showroom
    • Lead, build, & maintain client relationships via outreach efforts, client gifting, attending industry related functions, etc.
    • Organizing and updating vendor contact lists
    • Work in conjunction with Sales Manager to deliver results, sales ideas, & improve processes
    • Interface with Logistics & Warehouse Operations teams to ensure full job cycle accuracy
    • Stays abreast of all industry related happenings and design trends
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Minimum 2 years prior sales/customer service experience a must
    • Experience in weddings/events or luxury markets required
    • Strong interpersonal & customer service skills, with both clients & team members
    • Ability to think & illustrate big picture focus while maintaining attention to detail and organization
    • Keep composure in highly stressful or adverse situations; ability to adapt effectively to change
    • Can-do attitude and proactive, solution-focused mindset
    • Refined verbal and written communication skills
    • Motivated by client satisfaction
    • Strong desire to succeed
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Job Type: This position is full-time hourly, M-F, 9:30am-5pm

    Salary: Salary + Benefits
