We are seeking an Answering Service Operator (Remote) to join our team! You will be responsible for answering high-volume inbound calls for multiple businesses. Our preferred candidate would live near Pullman, WA or Lewiston, ID but not necessarily required.

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls quickly and efficiently
• Taking messages, paging field technicians, doctors, scheduling appointments, etc.
• Ensuring the highest quality experience for all callers
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving client list

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred
• Ability to build rapport with callers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Ideally, you would need to have your own desktop computer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including the requirement of knowing how to type)
• We are a very small answering service, so we need someone who is extremely reliable
