    The Outlook at 1000 Oaks, a 110-unit apartment complex located in Verona, WI, is now accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician. This position requires a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individual with good overall repair maintenance skills. This person should be able to multi-task and handle requests timely & put forth quality work. Overall maintenance and general repair knowledge are a must.

    Our team members are positive individuals who know how to interact with guests in a professional, but personal way. This individual must be a go-getter and be able to work independently, while still putting forth quality work.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive and comfortable condition

    Responsible for cleaning/maintaining the outside of the property, including, trash pickup, leaf removal, snow clearing, and ice treatments.

    Assist in turnovers, as requested.

    Responsible for conducting preventative maintenance on the property

    Responsible for checking the pool(s) twice daily and logging all required information, as well as correcting anything that is not right.

    Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels for maintenance equipment

    Assist in minimizing labor and supply costs relating to maintenance

    Responsible for fulfilling all tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

    Conducting regular inspections of the grounds, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, gas turnoffs, etc.. and notifying the property manager of anything that needs attention.

    What we are looking for:

    Prior experience preferred but not required

    General repair and maintenance knowledge is a must

    Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable form of transportation
