We are seeking an OUTREACH MANAGER (ENERGY EFFICIENCY) who will be the main point of contact for the coordination of Utility-offered industrial energy efficiency programs and resources. The Outreach Manager will leverage their CA industrial network to proactively build and maintain relationships that lead to natural gas and electric efficiency project opportunities. The Program Outreach Manager will work closely with utility and program staff and act as the facilitator between industrial customers, vendors, implementation contractors, and energy efficiency service providers. Success in this role leads to happy, repeat customers that fill a pipeline of energy efficiency project opportunities.
This is a full-time, exempt position to cover our central and northern California territory and reports to the Program Manager. This position will be based in Cascade’s Pleasanton, CA office, however, a work from home option elsewhere in the state will be considered. Travel is anticipated for this role approximately 20% - 30% of the time, consisting primarily of day trips.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
