Cascade Health Services is a healthcare staffing company in business since 1988. We provide nurses and other healthcare employees to Missouri & Kansas hospitals & other facilities on a PRN, Perm, Travel/Contract basis. We currently have 5 offices throughout Kansas and Missouri. We are always looking for additions to our team that will be long term employees who want to grow with Cascade and make this their career. There is definitely room to grow and advance. Many of our 40+ office staff have been with Cascade for 5+ years; several over 10 years. We employ over 1100 RN , LPN , CNA's etc. and work with about 400 hospitals/other facilities throughout all of Kansas and Missouri.

In addition to posted position(s) , the CEO is always on the search for leadership people. Cascade employs over 45 office staff and we prefer to promote from within and based upon merit. There is always room for advancement!

AFTER HOURS- STAFFING MANAGER (MOSTLY AN AT HOME POSITION) **This person does NOT NEED TO BE a nurse or MA. No medical background is necessary, but is helpful.

• Work from home staffing RN’s, LPN’s & CNA’s
• Must have "office" or desk area to work, near WIRED (can not operate w/ wireless) router & good computer. (macs do not work). Cascade provides a 10 line office phone that operates through your internet​
• We currently have 7 After Hours Staffers, and typically 2-3 people work at the same time
• This is not an at home position in which you can perform other activities during your 40-45 hours weekly (tend to children, etc.). You MUST be at your desk, with no people or animals or other non allowed distractions during your shift. You do get breaks and a lunch break.
• Prefer someone with an understanding of various hospital and LTC units: MS, ER, CVICU, SNF etc. and understanding of credentials such as ENPC, ACLS, NRP etc. (but most people have no problem learning these things on the job)
• Will consider quick learner in place of healthcare background
• Someone who is creative minded and almost of a sales mindset does best (but this is NOT a sales position)
• Fast pace, multi task, & able to handle interruptions & get back on track is imperative
• There is rarely any down time. We are always busy!
• Thinking outside the box is a huge must for success
• Will work 40-45 hours average weekly/Hours could be any hours outside of 9a-5p M-F
• Will work some hours in the NKC office. Usually no more than one day every week or so (then your at home hours are reduced OR if you actually cover PTO for an office staffing manager you will be given a nice bonus for covering their shift in the office). Monthly meetings in the NKC office usually occur also.
• Weekends & Holidays are mandatory (Sat/Sun & holidays)

SOME POSSIBLE SCHEDULE EXAMPLES:

• Example #1

  Monday- 3a-9a; 5p-9p Tuesday- 330a-9a Wednesday- OFF Thursday- OFF Friday- 330a-9a; 5p-9p Saturday- 3a-1130a Sunday- 11a-730p

  Example #2 Monday-5p-3a Tuesday-5p-3a Wednesday- 5p-10p Thursday- OFF Friday- OFF Saturday- noon-830p Sunday- 630p-3a

Compensation Range: $30-40,000 base plus bonuses & benefits. Bonuses typically range about $500 to $1000 monthly (earned weekly; paid out biweekly). $45k to $55k typical annual total comp; dependent somewhat on the success of the individual and the team. Counting on $50,000 is pretty reasonable.
