STAFFING MANAGER |AFTER-HOURS|

LOCATION: Work from Home

START DATE: ASAP

HOURS: Varies

PAY RANGE: $30,000-40,000

BONUS (EARNED WEEKLY, PAID BI-WEEKLY): $500-1000 (typically)

TOTAL PAY RANGE: $45,000-55,000

CASCADE HEALTH SERVICES IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR AN AFTER-HOURS STAFFING MANAGER TO STAFF PRN NURSES DURING THE OVERNIGHTS AND ON THE WEEKENDS.  THIS ROLE WILL NEED A SENSE OF PROFESSIONALITY AS YOU WILL BE COORDINATING DIRECTLY WITH THE FACILITIES AND SPEAKING DIRECTLY TO CASCADE NURSES TO SCHEDULE HOURS.  THIS ROLE WILL ALSO NEED TO BE A QUICK THINKER TO BE PROACTIVE AND REACTIVE WHEN SCHEDULING NEEDS FROM YOUR ASSIGNED FACILITIES.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Work from home staffing RN’s, LPN’s, & CNA’s.
• Must have: Wired internet, good computer (Windows), desk area to work.  Cascade will provide a 10-line office phone to connect through the internet.
• Typically, there are 2-3 After Hours Staffers working at the same time.
• THIS IS A BUSY ROLE- You will be at your desk majority of the time so an area with no people or animal distractions during your shift is best- note there are breaks and a lunch break.
• Not Required but prefer Healthcare experience. WILL TRAIN RIGHT ATTITUDE.
• Not Required but prefer understanding of various hospital and LTC unites and credentials. WILL TRAIN RIGHT ATTITUDE.
• As this is not a sales position, having that creative mind and sales mindset does best.
• Face paced, multi-tasking, able to manage and handle an ever-changing day is a must!
• Will work average 40-45 hours per week- could be any hours outside 9am-5pm M-F.
• Will work some hours in the NKC office- usually no more than one day every week or so- your home hours will be reduced or if you are covering PTO for an Office Staffing Manager you will be given a nice bonus for covering.
• Monthly meetings in the NKC office at times.
• Weekends & Holidays are mandatory.

Monday- 3a-9a; 5p-9p Tuesday- 330a-9a Wednesday- OFF Thursday- OFF Friday- 330a-9a; 5p-9p Saturday- 3a-1130a Sunday- 11a-730p

EXAMPLE #2 Monday-5p-3a Tuesday-5p-3a Wednesday- 5p-10p Thursday- OFF Friday- OFF Saturday- noon-830p Sunday- 630p-3a
