    Cascade is looking for Instructors!

    Part-Time, less than 30 Hours per week in the Southern California.

    Payrate: TBD, negotiable. 

    Sick Time (pro-rated)

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Instructor is part of the Operations team and is responsible for instructing the courses they are credentialed to teach under AHA, ARC, ENA, NAEMT, AAP and/or other course guidelines. The Instructor works directly with the Operations team to maintain Cascade facilities and equipment. This position will also attend client and vendor meetings as needed in order to maintain and grow Cascade’s course offerings.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    ●      Operations Support

    o   Instruct courses based on policies and guidelines set forth by credentialing bodies and Cascade Training Center.

    ▪       Act as Course Director or secondary instructor depending on Operations needs

    o   Assist region in managing and fulfilling client expectations based on service agreements.

    o   Input TMS student data.

    ▪       Students attendance

    ▪       Scores

    ▪       Scanned copies of course records

    o   Training equipment management.

    ▪       Maintain and clean training equipment

    ▪       Recommend training equipment replacement and upgrades as needed

    ▪       Maintain training rooms in a clean and presentable manner including setup and teardown of classroom equipment

    o   Attend client meetings as needed.

    o   Other duties as assigned

    Due to the nature of the work, the position will require successfully passing a criminal background check and may also require successfully passing a drug test. Individual must maintain instructor status with accrediting organization(s) for all applicable disciplines. The schedule for this position will be very dynamic and may require evening/weekend work.
