ABOUT THE POSITION:

· Title: Security Ambassador

· Location: University Village - Seattle, WA

· Employment type: Full Time

· Shift times:

• Mon - Friday 7AM-7PM
• Thur, Fri & Sun 11AM - 7PM / Sat 9AM - 5PM

SECURITY AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build rapport and build relationships with guests.
• Have a customer service mindset and demeanor as well as the willingness to go above and beyond to help clients and staff in ALL situations.
• Escort visitors, staff and delivery drivers to destinations on property.
• Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards of security and professionalism are being met.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the property manager or per site post orders.

PAY AND BENEFITS

Pay Range - $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· 1 year leadership and supervisory skills and experience

· Exceptionally enthusiastic and positive individual

· 1 year experience delivering exceptional customer service

-At least 1 year Military/LEO experience preferred
