The duties of a Restoration PM/ Estimator are to evaluate damages, detailed documentation of the damages, be in contact with insurance adjusters, homeowners, project managers, negotiate scope of work with the adjuster, and establish the budget with other project managers. Responsibilities

Assess damage and create repair scopes

Utilize Xactimate estimating to reflect the scope of work needed

Submit estimates to the insurance adjuster/ TPA program for review.

Resolve any estimate revisions requested in a timely manner

Work with subcontractors for bid items when needed

Strong Xactimate estimating skills is a requirement.

Assist Project Managers when needed.

Schedule projects.

Schedule team members.

Qualifications

2+ years in an Estimator role for Insurance Reconstruction

Pay and Benefits $40,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
